Labcorp Patient Portal - View and Print Lab Results

Labcorp Patient portal allows you to access your data from any device at any time. You can pay your bills, schedule appointments, and view and print lab results at your convenience. You can also manage your profile, update your contact information and reset your own password.

How do I create a Labcorp Patient account?

1. Go to patient.labcorp.com on your desktop or download the Labcorp Patient mobile app from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

2. Click Register Now.

3. Enter your personal information in the fields provided. Ensure that there are no spaces before or after your name.
NOTE: The email address you enter will be your user ID. Learn more about updating your email address.

4. Click Create Account.

5. Verify your account. We’ll send you a verification code by text message or email.

6. Sign in to your account.

How do I view my lab results?
You can view results from the Dashboard or by navigating to the Lab Results page.

From the Dashboard

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the Dashboard, click View for the results you’d like to view.

The Dashboard displays your new and most recently viewed results. Click View All to see a full list of results.

From the Lab Results Page

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click Lab Results in the main menu.
3. Click View for the results you’d like to view.

By default, Labcorp Patient displays most lab results directly in the app. You can also view a PDF of the official report by clicking Download Your Official Report. Some results, such as graphs, cytology, and pathology reports, may only be viewable as PDFs. For these, you’ll need to download the official report.

How do I schedule an appointment?

1. Sign in to your Labcorp Patient account.
2. Click Appointments in the main menu.
3. Select the individual who needs the appointment (yourself or a dependent).
4. Click Schedule Appointment.
5. You will be redirected to the Labcorp PreCheck page.
6. Then follow the on-screen instructions to make an appointment.
